Refund policy
Pacific Leis will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipment due to weather conditions, incorrect address provided, labor disputes or any other kind of disruption during transportation. We do guarantee freshness of our Leis as long as there is no disruption in delivery. We do NOT guarantee freshness if the recipient is not home and the package is left outside. (A tracking number will be sent so you can monitor your shipment.)
If you request a refund you must do so within 12 hours of receipt of Leis. A full or partial refund can be requested if you are unhappy with the quality of our Leis. Please submit a photo of the Leis you wish to be refunded for.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree that your delivery will be shipped without a signature required. Pacific Leis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like to sign for your package please contact us before your order ships.
