I have never had 200 leis arrive in perfect shape. We had a Hawaiian event in our building and our travel agency gifted the leis to all our residents. We had our cooler freeze up over night and get warm so the day of the event , they were still lovely without refrigeration. We did not have one petal that wasn't perfect !
I would definitely purchase these orchids again. They very fresh. A note with tips letting the customer know how to keep the flowers fresh would have helped me not to be anxious to keep the flowers in good condition and how long they could last.
